Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At DermSkin Medical & Aesthetic Clinic, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (no-show) will also result in the deposit being forfeited.
For treatment packages, late cancellations or missed appointments may incur an additional $50 fee, reflecting the reserved clinical time and resources allocated.
This policy ensures appointment availability for all clients and allows us to manage clinical time effectively. If you are unsure of what treatment suits you best, please book a complimentary consultation and we will help you choosing the best options available.
Deposits & Booking Confirmation
A deposit or upfront payment is required to secure all treatment appointments, excluding consultations.
Consultations are complimentary and do not require a deposit.
For online bookings:
Wrinkle reduction and volume enhancement appointments will be confirmed once our team contacts you to arrange the deposit.
All other online bookings require immediate payment of 50% of the treatment fee to secure the appointment.
For bookings made via phone or text message:
A $50 deposit applies to all standard treatments
A $100 deposit applies to volume enhancement treatments
All deposits are fully redeemable towards the total cost of treatment on the day of your appointment.
Refund Policy
At DermSkin Medical & Aesthetic Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality medical and aesthetic treatments tailored to each individual.
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals, and therefore results cannot be guaranteed.
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, results depend on individual factors such as anatomy, physiology, and response to treatment.
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept that no guarantee of results is provided.
As clinical time, professional expertise, and medical products are allocated for each appointment, no refunds will be issued once a treatment has been performed or commenced.
