National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards

Your health and the health of our staff is of paramount importance at all times.

As a result of the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak and ongoing concerns with seasonal viruses such as RSV and Influenza, we take patient care and management seriously.

To ensure the health and safety of all, as well as continuity of service delivery, we are continuing to apply the protocols detailed below.

Our approach requires consultation, cooperation and coordination between us as the  provider and our patients.

Infection prevention and control within healthcare settings aims to minimise the risk of transmission of infections.

*We are spacing out appointments throughout the day, to minimise numbers in the clinic.

* We are limiting waiting in reception to only one patient, and 2 patients in-clinic at the same time.

Fever

Aches and Pains

Headaches
